Rental Rates

Our rates are inclusive of the following:

• Bed linens and towels 
• Electricity, water and heating
• The first basket of wood for the wood burner (at cooler times of the year) additional baskets of wood are available at 10€.  
• A Welcome Hamper as well as a range of essential supplies. The contents of the Welcome Hamper will vary according to season, availability and the length of your stay 
• Free Wifi internet
• Local Taxe de Sejour/Tourist Tax
• A 'normal' clean is included in the price of your stay. We do not expect guests to do a complete house clean before they leave but simply to leave the cottage as they found it on arrival. In the event that the property is left in a condition that requires more than  the 'normal' clean we reserve the right to charge for the additional work at the rate of 25€ an hour deducted from the security deposit.

Hot Tub & Sauna - We offer our gite guests use of our dedicated Spa rooms in which we have a Hot Tub & Sauna. Guests can choose to use either or both of the facilities during their stay; your sessions will be private & exclusive during these times.

There is an additional charge to use these facilities as we feel this is fairer than increasing the Gite rental charge as not all guests wish to use either the hot tub or the sauna. It is also much kinder to the environement. The charge is to cover the costs of running, cleaning & maintaining the Spa & also includes the provision of Spa towels if required.

Hot tub (unlimited use, including provision of spa towels) - 75€ for 4 days (this is the minimum period)* & 10€ a day thereafter, must be consecutive days.    i.e. 85€ for 5 days* 95€ for 6 days* 105€ for 7 days*  etc (*consecutive days)

Sauna - 10€ per session (up to 1½ hours, includes approximately ½ hour to heat the cabin to maximum temperature)

The Rental periods for our Cottage Gite for weekly bookings begin and end on a Saturday (during the high season) but we may be able to be flexible so please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

Check-in is from 16.00 p.m. and check out is by 10.00 a.m.
